Naad wellness elevates guests’ experience far beyond the pampering treatments and massages that are found at a typical wellness center. The three-level complex is designed in perfect harmony with its stunning setting, not very far from the highway.

Complementing the beautiful landscaping throughout the property, Naad Wellness includes therapeutic treatment rooms, consultation rooms, state-of-the-art gym, salt cave, hamam, meditation hall and a satvik restaurant called Ahara.

There is a yoga pavilion and meditation platform in the open, facing a well maintained garden, where you can take a walk morning and evening. A small temple is also paced in the area to invoke the blessings of the divine. An acupressure path outdoors is recommended for overall wellness.

Working in partnership with each guest, Naad wellness experts curate a wellness journey that supports every aspect of their life. This includes rest, recovery and regeneration as well as detoxification, movement, and optimization, following principles such as balance and mindful living.

Based upon outcomes that target guests’ specific needs, the treatment menu unites traditional Ayurveda and contemporary wellness philosophies, with cutting-edge treatment methodologies and therapeutic experiences.

Patients and guests go through a consultation with the Ayurveda doctor, who analyzes the full body history and curates the meals, therapies and lifestyle for balancing the mind, body and soul.  Each wellness journey can start at any point – whether an individual is looking to kick-start a healthier lifestyle, heal following an illness or injury, improve their physical or mental performance, or simply relax and indulge.

At Naad, guests can also experience natural free movement techniques and experiential fitness, surrounded by nature. Yoga, Pranayama Breathing and Meditation Programs reinforce the link between mind, body and soul, with one-on-one and group sessions with resident yoga masters and renowned visiting experts. An expert-led Sleep Program creates a personalized programme for healthier long-term sleeping habits.

I had brought my mother, who was recovering from a knee surgery. Her experience was a restorative odyssey, which relaxed her body and mind.  On arrival, we were welcomed with flowers and a garland, followed by a fresh glass of orange juice.

The essence of Naad wellness is white, so guests are given a set of white kurta pyjama to wear during their stay.

Accommodation

Categories like premium, luxury, royal and Naad suites span across the wellness retreat that are equipped with double beds with the softest bedspread and comfortable pillows, wardrobes with bathrobes, slippers and a kurta pyjama set.

There is a desk with chair, sitting corner facing a huge window and ample light in the room in the luxury category. The washroom is spacious with toiletries and bath products, soft towels.

Balanced meals

Dining at Naad is an experience in itself.  The saatvik restaurant Ahara has a beautiful well lit setting that allows sunrays and greenery to usher inside. It’s a delight to watch the sunlight bounce inside while devouring healthy and delicious meals.

At the time of consultation, the Ayurveda doctor creates a meal plan for the guests that is supposed to be followed strictly. The diet is devoid of any additives, extra salt, sugar or any preservatives.

Whole wheat, brown rice, quinoa and millets are used primarily. Vegetables are either boiled or cooked in ghee or coconut oil to enhance the flavor and accentuate the absorption.

Nuts and seeds are used along with herbs in soups and salads. Desserts like raagi halwa, without sugar taste delicious, without adding a guilt factor.

Therapies

From Ayurveda massages like Abhyanga to Swedish massage for deep relaxation, every therapy from Naad is intertwined to work at a deeper level and enhance wellbeing.

The therapy rooms offer a luxurious space with a hard wood bed to glide into, a place to keep valuables and a steam room.

There are major and minor therapies each day. We experienced Swedish massage the first day and Abhyanga with head massage the next day. The therapies are executed well by trained massage experts who come with a good experience in synchronized massage therapies. The minor therapy comprised of foot reflexology the first day and back massage the next day.

Activities

There are several activities to keep guests and patients buzy while experiencing a wholesome wellness odyssey.  There are activities like badminton, tennis, golf, billiards or even swimming which can be experienced.

Naad wellness is not just like any other wellness retreat. Here you can expect a complete transformation at the root level and experience a shift in your energy levels.
