Fancy a fine dining experience in Punjabi Bagh where you can get great food, cool drinks and foot thumping music ? Head towardss Angoor in Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi. 

First Impressions

Located on the third floor of a tall building, Angoor gives quite an impression the moment you step in. The space is’nt that big, but it is utilized well. There is an open area where one can dance, a bar area, few chairs and sofas to be seated. 

The loud music however tends to feel a little bit deafening once you sit down, but later it wont bother when the dining experience begins. The staff here is extremely helpful in terms of hospitality, friendly service and suggestions to choose your dishes from the menu. It is advisable to visit the place on weekdays as it gets a little bit jam packed on weekends. 

What to try

We ordered  few dishes and were glad to skip the main course as the portion size is huge and each starter has a very succulent flavor. Our first starter was fish  served with dips and onions. We loved the texture of the fish and its aroma. Next were the chicken malai tikka – a punjabi delicacy that can simply win your heart with its soft exterior and creamy dressings. The Greek Salad that came later was the best salad I ever tried. Finished with balsmic vinegar, feta cheese and olives, the salad is a perfect choice for healthy food lovers. We also tried their chicken man chow soup and hot and sour soup. We loved the portion sizes of the soups and relished their flavor.

Verdict

If you are a music lover, then this place should be in your list as it has an amazing DJ playing great music. The food adds to the wow factor, so you can be assure to have a great time with your friends and family.
