Woman’s Day Celebration @ The Sheraton, New Delhi

The Woman’s Day was an
extraordinary one as I experienced warmth and hospitality @
The Delhi Pavilion, Sheraton, New Delhi.  It was a
bright Wednesday and the diligent army of the hotel made special efforts to
make the women feel special.

Special attention was given reminding women that they
need a break from work, and get away from their desks, to make time for
personal space and good food in the middle of the day and not just grabbing a
sandwich.
A master class with Patisserie chef Neha was organized, where succulent sweet treats like biscotti and nutella cakes were being taught.
Neha is a very talented chef,
earning praises for her impeccable standards and culinary skills tempered with
a soft smile and tender voice.
The range of sweet treats that she prepared before guests had an excellent combination of technique and flawless
execution.
While I am in awe of the dedication with which she prepares the
sweet treats, I ensure to take down some notes for my future reference.
After the preparation, we were
escorted for lunch where there was a fabulous array of dishes that included
Indian, Chinese, Thai and Mediterranean. I loved my pita bread with hummus dips and
devoured the couscous and Greek Salad. It was the fish and green vegetables
that stole my heart.
A round of coffee from their
coffee bar was instantaneous feel good factor. I thanked the team for the
lovely experience I got from them and they accepted my gratitude with a lovely
basket of goodies as a token of their affection and warmth.
Every second Wednesday, the Hotel
ensures there is something interesting and lively to charge up the guests. You can
