The Healthy Rasoi – A Health cafe in the heart of Gurugram

When it comes to healthy food, I personally always prefer to go green as often as
I can. Surprisingly, I realized there are upcoming cafes
& restaurants in Delhi NCR that are entirely based on health ingredients.

I was pleasantly surprised to
know this while browsing for some healthy cafes in Qutub Plaza. That’s where I
came across The Healthy Rasoi – A cute little café settled neatly amidst the
chaotic Qutub Plaza market.
Healthy food is all about
consuming as much fresh, nutritious and unprocessed foods whenever and wherever
you can; and Healthy Rasoi aims to do just that.
The owner, Manan, a young man straight
out from college decided to open this healthy café to churn some healthy yet
delectable food items. Barely opened two months back, this place has already
started getting the attention it deserves.
The Place
 
This place is ideal for people
who are bored of the usual healthy food options, as every dish has interesting flavors
and bursting with healthy ingredients. The small café is adorned with all
things healthy like a cycle on the wall near the entrance and a poster of Arnold
with quotes on healthy living.
What to eat?
 
Everything on the menu is filled with
plenty of healthy options. If you love tofu more than cottage cheese, then you
must try the Soya Tofu Roll. There are different verities of sandwiches also to
try and a selection of shakes and smoothies with added nutrient-dense
ingredients that include vegetables and fruits.

I tried the Spinach shake that had a delicious combination of bananas, honey and
spinach. This one is perfect if you love bananas.

If you are looking for something
in non vegetarian, try the chicken masala that is served with raita. The veg
biryani is also a big hit with its flavor and presentation.
The Healthy Rasoi has a potential
of competing with the Big Daddy’s in the Restaurant business. The healthy
quotient of meals & snacks are delectable and very fascinating indeed.
