Traditional Elements @ Pavilion 75, WelcomHotel Dwarka

WelcomHotel Dwarka is very
synonymous with taste and flavor. The recently concluded Navratri Thaali experience
at the hotel took us closer to heavenly abode as we relished the auspicious Navratra
Thaali. It’s always a delight to dine @ Pavilion 75.

The philosophy adapted in the
menu at Pavilion 75 revolves around progressive cuisine which is a synthesis of
over research and exploration by the Executive Chef. The aromatic flavors lured
me to the restaurant that was buzy catering to regular guests.
The chef had prepared a fine
thaali that looked colorful and delightful. The aim remains at showcasing
authentic, traditional navratri Thali, preparing them using pure ingredients,
yet adding an avant-garde element to the whole menu and creating an
unparalleled culinary experience.
I begin with my all time
favorite Paneer aur Samak ke Kebab. Moist and tender, they were the perfect way
to start the meal. Imli Dhaniya Ke Chatpate Aloo and Dum Ka Sabutdana are both
synonymous with heavenly bliss.
The delicious lingering taste accentuates
the subtle flavors quite well. I loved the Mirch Paneer Kofta.
It had the perfect gravy to go
with Kuttu aur Dhaniya ki Roti, while the Singhare aur Seb ka Salan
is a unique dish cooked in a
traditional manner.
The kuttu ki puri was
surprisingly light and I devoured it with the vegetables. The Kaddu Makhane is
a refreshing change to the usual take on regular navratri desserts.
The Thaali experience was a
blissful odyssey where I experienced peace and satisfaction in each bite.
