If you are in need of a
head massage and a pedicure with a little bit of TLC, head to Studio M Salon By
Madonna for a luxury treatment. Dwarka’s very own Studio M Salon by Madonna is everything that you could hope to expect from a luxury salon.

Based on the importance of
enhancing and maintaining a person’s natural beauty, Studio M Salon By Madonna
was founded by Kaushambi Singh after she noticed a demand for premium hair and
beauty care in Dwarka.
Hosting a highly qualified team of therapists, this serene
salon is a world away from the busy hustle and bustle of Dwarka. The walls are
lined with cult beauty products, whilst contemporary music in the background makes
a girl want to easily spend her whole day here.This is the kind of place that
you want to visit for a pedicure before you hit the town in your peep toes. In
the pedicure studio, comfortable chairs are lined up side by side with fashion
magazines scattered on every surface to keep you entertained whilst your feet
are primped and preened. The Pedicure here is hands down the best pedicure I’ve
ever experienced.
Depending on the condition of
your feet, the treatment takes about 60 to 90 minutes. It is split into three
sections: exfoliating, cleansing and massage. The therapist first cuts my nails
and started shaping them with a file, before cleaning the cuticles. He then
shines nails using a leather buff with a nourishing cream, and ends this first
part of the treatment by applying a moisturizer on nails to hydrate and
strengthen them. My feet are soaked in a deliciously warm foot bath to help
ease tension and soften the skin. He takes out the feet one by one and uses a
surgical blade to gently remove calluses, and an exfoliating scrub to get rid
of the rough skin.
Later, he massages my feet with
firm strokes using a water-based cream to boost circulation and soften the
heels.  My feet looked at least 10 years younger.
Following a similar format to the
pedicure, the manicure begins with nails being shaped and cuticles tidied, an
exfoliation and then a deeply nourishing massage.
 
A head massage with a difference –
After hunching over a computer
for a long work project, I noticed my head and shoulder begging for attention.
The manager, Geeta a smiling and helpful young girl makes sure guests are taken
care of. She suggested I go for a warm oil head massage.  The therapist used olive oil which he
recommended as a good conditioner for hair. He performed a rather intense
massage to unwind my neck and shoulder knots. The oil was gently rubbed in the
hair followed by a deep massage in the roots. The circular motion massage
keeping in mind every pressure point on my crown and head helped me to relax
instantly.
Moving on to the shoulder and
back, the pressure was intense and I could feel the pain oozing out. The pressure
was perfect to send me in a deep sleep. I returned to the present with a smile
as I could feel a warm towel on my head letting in the oil to seep in my hair
follicles.  The experience was extended with waxing and threading that was done with ease by some extremely sweet girls.
