Coffee Scrub – The recipe for a supple skin
 
Coffee is not just a delicious cup
that helps to refresh the mind, but it also works wonders for the skin by
getting rid of cellulite and posses numerous skin care and anti-aging benefits. This makes it an excellent skin care ingredient.

Since skin is naturally porous, it can absorb coffee via a scrub. The coffee’s
natural antioxidants cleanse your pores and the deep layers of the skin of any
lingering dead skin cells and environmental pollutants.
The brown sugar & Dead Sea
salt exfoliate the skin and helps in tightening & toning the skin. Apart from
that it helps in reversing sun damage, prevents free radicals, restores aging
skin and brightens skin.




My experience at WelcomWellness Spa @ WelcomHotel Dwarka –
WelcomWellness Spa is synonymous with
luxury and wellness. Located on the third floor of the WelcomHotel Dwarka, the
space is appealing but not overwhelming.

Bamboo toned floors, muted color
scheme, and modern lounge furniture evoke a relaxing sensation, while the
calming and neutral tones feel in sync with the overall ambiance.

I was in awe with the room in
browns, golds, and beiges with slate-colored stone accents. The flowing drapes,
dramatic lightning and soothing music—are like being dreamily suspended between
the world of natural harmony and a modern vision of crisp elegance.
The spacious rooms with plush
robes and slippers are placed on the bed and are decked with a dressing table
and a shower area.
The Coffee scrub massage –
 
Before beginning the scrub, the
therapist Nancy applied gentle pressure starting from the feet and legs and
then the back. She makes sure the pressure is subtle and not hard. Later, she
dips her hand in the concoction of coffee, raw sugar, olive oil, sea salt and
smothers it on the legs.
The scrub is applied in circular motion. The entire
body is bathed in coffee scub and the aroma lingers for a long time. The
massage lasts for an hour and the feeling is completely blissful. I could feel
the pores open up already.


The Welcomsignature facial –
 
Nancy concludes the therapy with
a welcomsignature facial using natural products. After the cleaning and toning,
a massage cream is applied in a very gentle manner and is concluded by a mask.
The
soft music playing in the backdrop only accentuated my facial experience and I dozed
off. After a few minutes, the mask and coffee scub were washed off after a warm
shower.
My skin felt alive and illuminated. I thanked the courteous staff and
the manager of the spa and left the place with a fabulous experience.
The spa has a fabulous variety of massages and scrubs to choose from. The personal touch added by the staff makes you feel at home too. Visit this place to get a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
