Ardor 2.1 - Fine Dining Indian Restaurant in CP

If you are looking for a fine dining Indian restauant in CP, you must consider Ardor 2.1. The Restaurant has a street level, cozy space on a bustling street in CP, Delhi. We headed down on a Thursday night to try out their United India thaali and also sample their bar menu.

Ambiance

The restaurant is spacious enough to give it an intimate feel without feeling overbearing. The highlight is their live music that is played on special occasions and weekends.

Ardor 2.1 is mostly frequented by corporate companies and families to try their meal options. Their menu is a creative twist on Indian cuisine from different states which is designed by their talented head chef. The combination with a menu of tempting and quirky cocktail list adds up to the fine dining experience. We tried the Ardor 2.1 thaali which is a brilliant conjugation of flavors and presentation.

Food

The thaali comprised of dishes from different states and bagged ten stars in taste. Dishes like pachrangi daal, chicken butter masala, dubki kadhi are served with Indian breads and rice.

We also tried the chicken butter masala. We relished a glass of sangria along with the amazing food. The review concluded with an Indian desert that included hot gulab jamun sealed in a vanilla ice cream served in a beautiful glass. This was the grand finale of the review that completely satiated us. Our experience of dining was fantastic as we enjoyed the live performance of singers who played scintillating numbers.
