On Day 2, yoga session in the morning starts 30 minutes before sunrise and ends 60 minutes after sunrise. During the session, guests are made to practice various yoga postures and techniques taught that includes Joint Movements– Neck Rotation, Shoulder Rotation, Wrist movement, Ankle Rotation, Knee bending, Half Butterfly, Full Butterfly; Asanas (Postures) like Crocodile, Half Cobra, Child pose, Palm tree pose, Swing Palm-tree pose; and Breathing like Deep Breathing, Anulom- Vilom. 
The morning yoga session is followed by a special Yogic Breakfast, after which the guests can plan their day by either partaking in various other activities in Rishikesh like river-rafting or jungle safari or simply indulge in sight-seeing. On the final day, i.e., Day 3, guests attend the final morning yoga session which is followed by the post program consultation with the yoga expert. The postures and techniques taught on this day include Joint Movements like Neck Rotation, Shoulder Rotation, Wrist movement, Ankel Rotatio, Knee bending, Half Butterfly, Full Butterfly; Asanas (Postures) like Crocodile, Half Cobra, Child pose Palm tree pose, Swing Palm-tree pose, Rowing boat pose, Churning mill pose, Raised leg pose, Shalabhasan; and Breathing like Kapalbhati, Anulom- Vilom, Bhramri.
The Yogic meals are served at ‘Holywater’, the in-house restaurant overlooking the Ganges that is set in a peaceful setting by the riverside and serves delightful vegetarian dishes capturing the essence and flavour of the region. The special Yogic Breakfastmenu features Natural flavoured Tea-Organic, Ginger, Tulsi, Mint, Lemon etc.; Fresh Juices – Grapes, citrus fruits, bitter gourd, gooseberry, apple, carrot, beetroot, etc.; Beans: Sprouted beans and peas salad, baked beans; Milk based: Porridge, cornflakes; Boiled/ Roasted vegetables: carrot, beans, yam, potatoes, beet root, sweet potato etc.; South Indian: Uppma (sooji, sago), roti of kuttoo, pongal, idli, uttappam with chutneys.; Wheat steam cake, rice steam cake.
The guests also gets to indulge in the lavish Yogic dinner that features Vegetable soups (ginger and black pepper flavored); Bhurthas; Dry chapattis with chopped spinach, onion, garlic, mint, coriander, etc.; Par boiled vegetables -carrot, beans, cabbage, beetroot, potatoes; Cut fruits – Seasonal; Roasted – Potatoes, beetroot, yam etc. Both meals are to be suggested and designed by the in-house expert.
