Boho Nail Co. – Luxury Nail Salon in GK

Being a lifestyle blogger, I had
the opportunity to review several salons and spas, but my recent visit to the
Boho Nail Co. was an experience I adored because of the warm hospitality, the special
attention offered by the owner and luxe interiors that I have never come across
so far. I am in awe of the services as I
pen down my review of the luxury nail salon.

First Impressions
Nestled among fine retail
establishments in the GK 1 M Block Market, The Boho Nail Spa is well positioned
for guests to locate the place. This prime location offers customers the chance
to be pampered in style. As I walk in, I am greeted by the warm staff and the
owner Ms. Ayesha, who single handedly runs the nail
salon.
Subtle hues adorn the wall,
cream pastels cover the ceiling and a classy retro style chandelier adds volume
to the entire ambiance.  Sheer linens draped
on the door gives guests a bit of privacy. Nail enamels reflect the brand
selection and attention in care for customers.
For starters, they use brands
like OPI, Chanel, Cuccio, Neutrogena and Revlon. If you want your polish to dry
faster, they make use of Dry Fast Top Coat for free. Another good thing about
them is that they have so many colors available per nail polish brand.
Three stations lined up for the nail
extensions look appealing and definitely classy.  The pedicure stations have ample
spacing and comfortable seating. What I loved most in the environment was the
bohemian culture reflected in each corner.
Services
 
Ayesha who comes from a
background in nail extensions is extremely hospitable and helpful in selecting the
services. She suggested a P 4 Pedicure and P 3 Manicure that has tremendous results
with the gentle exfoliation, packs and massages.
I was elated to try the new services.
I was offered hot coffee and a delicious cup cake while my pedicure started.  The pedicurist was an expert in his forte and
was called specially for the services. He added some salts in the warm water
which smelt delightful.
The products that were chosen for
my pedicure had extra moisture which was the perfect ingredient for beautiful
feet. The pedicure usually takes about 60 minutes and includes exfoliating,
cleansing, pack, massage.
He first cuts my
nails and starts shaping them with a filer, before cleaning the cuticles. He
then shines nails using a leather buff with a nourishing cream, and ends this
first part of the treatment by applying a moisturizer on nails to hydrate and
strengthen them.
My feet are soaked in a
deliciously warm foot bath with rose petals immersed in it to help ease tension
and soften the skin. 
 
He takes out the feet one by one and applies a cream used to
soften heals to gently remove calluses, and an exfoliating scrub to get rid of
the rough skin. The sea salt in the scrub naturally helps to cleanse and remove
dead skin. 
Later, he massages my feet with firm strokes using the cream to
boost circulation and soften the heels.  The
massage helped in releasing stiffness from the legs and feet and also boosted
circulation. Post the massage, he applies a shimmery coat on the nails.
My feet
looked amazing.  The P 4 Pedicure here is
hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever experienced and is highly recommended.
Following a similar format to the pedicure, the manicure begins with nails
being shaped and cuticles tidied an exfoliation and then a deeply nourishing
massage.

The hands are accentuated by a dark stroke of black color that made my
hands look fairer and younger. My poor, chewed-up fingernails were given a
second chance at life after a little shaping.

The expert nail technicians
topped my nails with a quick dry nail coat which dried the color in a flash. No
more sitting and waiting for them to dry. I also loved how the topcoat gave my
nails a gel-like finish!

Nail extensions
 
Boho has exquisite nail services
that are long lasting, safe, reliable and well executed by a diligent team. My daughter
experienced the services and she fell in love with her nails. I was impressed
with the care, eye for detail and concentration the technicians took in working
at each nail.
The technician applied a base
coat and top coat of the polish which she then let it dry for some time. Then she
placed her hand under the LED light to dry.

The process is then repeated about
three times, and it takes about 10 minutes, but the results speak for
themselves. After the nail dried up, she applied a beautiful gel polish in grey
which glistened and gave it a marble finish.

The whole process lasted for an
hour but the result was amazing. The biggest difference is that the nail
extensions last much longer and cause less damage compared to the usual nail
treatment. The thing that picked my attention was their dedication and team
work.

Ayesha also highlighted the fact that the extensions are done in such a
manner that there is not formation of infection after the nail grows. The process
of the removal is also done through a simple effective method called Soak that
helps in restoring moisture and nail strengthening.
