outdoors was a perfect way to enjoy a scrumptious Mexican dinner. Chef Tania,
the creative woman behind the delectable Mexican buffet ensures her guests
enjoy their meal.The Eros at Delhi hosted the
Mexican food festival that is a part of Chef Tania’s Indian tour where she shall
exhibit her exquisite talent.


Chef Tania Tovar is 24 years old
from Mexico City. Her passion to learn the flavors and culinary techniques from
other cuisines brings her to a platform where she exhibits her culinary
expertise with finesse. She has been experimenting with different cuisines like
Japanese, Thai, kosher food, and of course Mexican traditional, she is an author
too.
