Best place for a quick bite – Pat ‘N’ Harry, HKV

Delhi’s most loved and frequented
place HKV now gets a new addition – Pat ‘N’ Harry. The brainchild of Vishal Chitkara and Tushar Chanana, Pat n Harry derives its concept from Philadelphia.
The chic and swanky place is very basic inside and the menu is short but sweet;
with hogies as their main constituent.

Their hoagies are all about the
bases; fresh straight from the oven, and filled with homemade dips and sauces
that are non-greasy yet succulent.
I tried a few hoagies and loved
each one of them. Pat ‘N’ Harry is
fantastic value for money with most  hoagies
costing around 50 to 70 for vegetarian  and under 150 for non vegetarian.
The Phily chicken strips made
with cheese, herbs, and chicken is a delicious spin on a classic chicken
sandwich. The “special” thing about this hoagie was the thigh pat of
the chicken that is used to ensure moistness and juice to the hoagie. Overall,
the beauty of this hoagie is that no fancy punches are pulled— it really lets
the chicken shine.
Next I took the Fish Taco. The sole
fish is light and crunchy, and while grilled, was devoid of grease. The meshing
of cheese and mayo provides a comforting and familiar flavor profile.
The Best hoagie was the Chilli shocked
paneer.  Justifying its name, the paneer
or cottage cheese is so soft it melts in your mouth, while the mayo plays its
part quite well in binding the flavors of spiciness and softness.
Pat ‘N’ Harry at HKV is a
contemporary take away QSR that is designed to give the busy executive a nice
break between meetings or a quick bite for college goers.
The perfect place to
vouch for after a night of heavy drinking, Pat ‘N’ Harry provides guests fantastic
options to drop by for a quick bite when everything else is shut down.
