Strands Salon – The Perfect Beauty Address

Dwarka has become a haven for spa
and salon lovers. The beautiful sub-city offers a wide variety of salons to
indulge in self-pampering. A beauty buff with a strong inclination for hair
styling and facials, I headed to the Strands salon for a facial and hair color.
Located in the Sector 4 market of
Dwarka, the Strands salon is spacious enough to cater a decent number of
clientele. The salon is more cozy than opulent. The treatment rooms are quietly
tucked at the far ends, away from the busy section of pedicure stations and
hair care zones.
Strands offers luxurious hair,
skin and body care. The extensive salon menu features a choice of hair grooming
treatments, hair styling, hair coloring, head massage and other treatments like
facials, depilatory services, bleach, make-up and a choice of pedicures and
manicures for men and women.
A skin analysis helped the
massage therapist to get deeper information about my skin condition, oil
production, clogged pores and pigmentation. The scan revealed pigmentation
issues which reminded me that I really do need to get into the habit of
applying a sunscreen every single day.

I was suggested to try the Repecharge
Seaweed facial, which is their Signature Facial and braced myself for some
serious pampering. This is a facial that provides a dose of much-needed
relaxation for body and mind as well as stressed and tired skin.



This treatment involves a luxurious massage for deep-down pore purging designed to get you glowing and refreshed. Created to awaken sallow,
congested skin, the facial begins with a cleansing process that is smoothed on
and left to work its magic.
After a proper cleanse, scrub and steam there’s some gentle
extraction. The next step is a circulation-boosting massage with Repecharge cream
on the face, neck and back. All benefit from a good rub down to rev up a
sluggish circulation. A layer of quenching Repecharge antioxidant mask finishes the
treatment. As with all good facials, while the mask was on, the therapist got
busy massaging arms and back and neck and shoulders, so there was a lovely,
holistic feel to the treatment, too. She did her best to give the perfect pressure, a fact that I was extremely grateful for during my blissful trance I experienced during the massage.
After washing the mask off, I emerge with skin that looked fresh, plumped and dewy. The Repecharge products were
amazing and were particularly good for deeply moisturizing and plumping up my
dry skin. The facial is best suited for skin that needs a boost of
radiance, rather than a way to bust your breakouts.
Next experience was the Wella
Professional hair color experience. I was looking forward to the non ammonia
brown color that suited my complexion and could perfectly mix in the original
texture of my hair.
The stylist applied the hair color and let it on for
40 minutes. After a wash, he went to apply a hair mask and massaged my hair
with it.

It was relaxing and invigorating. Another wash later, my hair was
looking radiant and super soft. The Wella Professional hair color is worth
trying if you love trendy colors and styles that match up your style quotient.

I loved the entire experience at
Strands lounge, Dwarka. The place is bliss for fashion conscious people.
