Creo @ Vivanta By Taj Dwarka presents Navratri Thali

Navratra is a pious festival that is celebrated to worship
the Nine forms of Godesses in different avatars through fasting, prayers and
chanting. The practice helps a person to spiritually grow and connect with the
mind, body and soul.

It was my second day of fasting
and I was buzy praying to the Godess to bless me and my family. I got an invitation from Vivanta by Taj Dwarka to try their newly
introduced Navratri Thali.
The festival was introduced in Creo. The all day dining restaurant @ Vivant By Taj  Dwarka has an excellent way to entice diners
with great food and hospitality.

Now they wanted to please people who are
fasting in these auspicious days and leave with satisfaction.

We reached at 4 pm and were
greeted by the Manager Mr. Karan. The Sous Chef Saurabh Sharma had prepared a delectable thaali of simple navratra food.

The starters comprised of sabudana papad, aloo kuttu ki pakori and
plain curd. The deep flavors of aloo
kuttu ki pakori
and the toothsome sabudana
papad
placated our taste buds.

The main course had ajwaini paneer makhani, jeera aaloo and sitafal ki sabji. The ajwaini paneer makhani with tangy flavors
stood out, while the sitafal prepared
with ghee and cumin seeds stole my heart.
We relished the dishes with kuttu ki poori that matched well with
the simple ingredients of the dishes. The sabudana
kheer
is the perfect closure to the saatvik meal.
