World in a Box – Fresh & healthy food delivered at home

Wouldn’t it be interesting to
order the world in a box? Yes the name itself is very catchy when I went online
to search for home delivery fresh food. Based in Gurgaon, world in a box is
home delivery food service that constitutes of everything and anything you want
to eat, that too with a dash of health and well-being. It has a catering service
for corporate and parties too.

It was lunch time at office, and
my colleagues were figuring out something to order online. I suggested them to
order food from World in A box. And the decision was a good one. Here’s why –

  • The food we ordered came in neatly packed
containers with dips that were kept in small containers.
  • The delivery was on time and we didn’t have to
wait for long. I was impressed with the large carry box on the bike that had
kept the food safe and warm.
    ·
  • The food was fresh and delicious.
The Review

An ardent fan of Thai food, my
eyes went to the Veg Red Thai Curry. This one is a deadly combination of taste,
color and presentation. The packaging was perfectly done and the aroma was
astounding.

I loved how the different flavors played off well in the gravy, while
the crunchiness of the vegetables was retained. The Berries and fruits parfait
is a sweet delight that came in a jar. The oats were settled neatly, while the
fruits and berries mixed well to give a sweet punch.

I loved the berry smoothie. This
one can be enjoyed while sipping through the scorching summer day. The cool temperature
was maintained well in a bottle, and the taste of jiggery added to the
nutritional value without any extra calories.

The quinoa salad wins hands down
with the bright colors of vegetables seasoned well with pepper and salt.A light digestive salad, it is a
good choice if you want to rush off for a meeting after lunch.

My personal favorite
was the Tzatziki Chicken sandwich. The marinated grilled chicken breast is diced
and tossed with red cabbage, broccoli, onions and bell pepper in a sweet and
sticky honey balsamic sauce. Surprisingly it wasn’t too heavy at all. I loved
the conjugation of taste and the hint of balsamic sauce that wasn’t overpowering
the nutrional value of the sandwich.

A orange basil lemonade as a complimentary drink with the sandwich was a bonus. The sweetness in the lemonade was the result of honey and jaggery that made the drink flavorsome and healthy. The basil accentuated the taste even further. The entire meal is well balanced and takes you on a culinary treat. I loved
each product with respect to taste and presentation.
