The launch of Sandal Suites, operated by Lemon
Tree Hotels, marked the opening of Noida’s first upscale serviced suites. These
serviced apartments, situated just off the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, are
located within Assotech Business Cresterra, the LEED Gold Certified office
complex in the IT hub of Sector 135, Noida.

195 well-appointed suites, extensive banqueting facilities, numerous dining

Each of the elegantly designed and furnished
Studio, Standard and Deluxe suites, ranging from 225 sq. ft. to 515 sq. ft., feature
an independent balcony, a separate living area, a well-appointed
workstation, and a kitchenette
featuring a tea/coffee maker, a microwave and a mini-bar. 


Deluxe Suites, designed
with a focus on extended stays, include a separate dining area, a kitchen
equipped with a hob and chimney and a large refrigerator, and washrooms
with a separate bathtub and shower area. 

In addition to this, smoking, non-smoking and interconnecting
suites are available in order to provide convenient accommodation solutions. The Crest Suite, spread over 1,340 sq. ft, is
synonymous with modern luxury, featuring a luxurious bedroom, a beautifully
designed dressing area, a study, and an opulent bathroom. The expansive suite
exudes a sense of understated luxury, comfort, and style, complemented by
state-of-the-art technology and personalised service.

 
In keeping with the Lemon Tree Hotels inclusive
policy, Sandal Suites also features a suite for the differently-abled, which has
been specially designed for their convenience. In addition, an entire floor has
been dedicated for women guests.

international cuisine at Sandal Suites. 
 
The property houses Citrus Café, the Lemon Tree Hotels
signature all-day dining restaurant, serving the best of Indian, European,
Western and pan-Asian cuisine. Citrus
Patio, the al fresco dining area, provides a beautiful outdoor extension to
the café. Bitters, the bar, set to
open soon, will provide the perfect venue to catch up for a quick meeting
over a drink or relax in a cosy and intimate setting, with its eclectic mix of
delectable hor d’oeuvres and masterfully blended cocktails.
With a view to cater to MICE requirements of
the business and social needs of the community in Noida, Sandal Suites features
an extensive array of well-appointed spaces for business or board meetings,
conferences or private events, large or small. 
 
The large pillar-less ballroom,
Tangerine Grand, spread over 4,000 sq. ft., with a large pre-function area,
caters for events of up to 400 guests. The ballroom can further be separated
into Tangerine Grand 1 and Tangerine Grand 2 for separate events of 40 – 220
guests. Two independent conference rooms – Tangerine 1 and Tangerine 2 – are
suitable for meetings ranging from 6 – 16 guests.
 

As is the norm with fully serviced
accommodation, Sandal Suites offers an array of facilities, including a fully
equipped gym, rooftop swimming pool and the soon to open Pomelo – pool bar, a tennis court, a
squash court, and a kids zone with a table tennis room. The guest experience
will be further enhanced with the soon to open Kiyomi, the spa managed by O2, which will provide the

short-term accommodation needs as well. The upscale suites are designed for
modern living and offer access to hi speed Wi-Fi, additional housekeeping services, baby sitters,
chauffeurs and business services, so that guests can focus all their attention
on their business, while they and their families are well looked after by the
staff.Extended stay guests have specific requirements,
and we offer dedicated parking, cars for hire, grocery shopping assistance and
short-term storage facilities.


Guests will also have the choice of ordering the
freshest vegetables and choicest deli products and meats – cleaned, prepped,
and vacuum sealed and delivered at their suite, for those who wish to cook
their own meals in the Deluxe Suites.
The property is well connected to
Delhi NCR via the Noida Expressway. Botanical Garden Noida Metro Station, the
closest metro station to Sandal Suites is at a distance of 13 km.

NOIDA’s
commercial hub and the Sector 18 market is only 14 km away and the India Expo
Mart in Greater Noida is also a 14 km drive on the Expressway. The distance
from Indira Gandhi International Airport is 42 km, whereas the Domestic Airport
is at 37 km. New Delhi Railway Station is at a distance of 28 km and Nizamuddin
Railway Station is at 21 km.
