Anammyaa wellness – An Ayurveda destination

I am a lover of Ayurveda
therapies. The holistic benefits are plenty and the results are magnificent. My
recent review @ Anammyaa spa was a very special one as I cherished every
element of the therapy. The wellness spa is located in the Global Foyer building
on the Golf Course Road.

As I entered the wellness abode, a lingering aroma of sanctity embraced me.
The hospitable staff greeted me warmly and ushered me to the doctor’s chamber.
Here I realized my innumerable problems that were surprisingly rooted to my
doshas.
The vata dosha was aggregated that led to a few health issues since the
past few years. The doctor was a savior to me as she devised a diet plan that suited my prakriti (nature).
She advised the latest and the
most delicious massage therapy – A mango ubtan. Made with the goodness of mangoes,
almonds, chandan , nalpamradi oil, rasnadi, the ubtan is perfect for cleansing
off the toxicity of the body while making it supple and soft.
The spa attendant takes me to the
therapy room. The wood paneled
floors, light hued walls and the perfect temperature setting made the
atmosphere more welcoming.
After a small prayer, the masseuse
gently massages my scalp with a therapeutic oil. Later, I move towards the wooden
massage bed and lie face down. The room is tranquil and gives a calming
sensation to the mind.
The therapist, who has acquired
training in thereuptic massages, was very well versed with pressure points. She
began the therapy with a very gentle oil massage. The herbal oil is very helpful to
re-texturize the skin, which is taken in generous amount and is gently applied
on the body.
Every muscle of the body is
gently pressed while smothering the oil, removing tensed muscles. Later, she
uses the Ubtan and applies it on the body, keeping in mind that the pressure is
gentle and the exfoliation is focused upon.
The therapy helped in improving
the circulation of blood in the body. A steam and shower later, I am
transformed into a relaxed person glowing with radiance. The Jasmine tea
offered to me rejuvenated me even further.

that boasts of thereuptic massages in a very tranquil ambience. The cheerful and
well trained staff has a long-standing commitment to the wellness spa.
I was in awe of the dedication
and commitment of the wellness spa owner, Ms. Ashma Khanna, who has carved a
niche in the wellness industry and has acquired accolades and awards from prestigious
organizations.
She has also successfully set up
the brand “Anammyaa Wellness, a way to good health,” which is committed to
provide quality services in wellness by reviving Ayurveda across India with
centers in Gurgaon and more launching pan India. Anammyaa Wellness is her
temple, where she strives to provide holistic wellness. I became a huge fan of this place and would come again to try other therapies as well.
