Chai Coffee Biscuit – A modern cafe with a quirky ambiance

Dwarka has been buzzing with exciting food joints in the sub
city. The newest mall opened in sector 12 market has numerous options to
indulge in. But my biggest recommendations are the Chai Coffee Biscuit. Opened
barely a month back, this café has already garnered attention with the modern
ambiance, brilliant music and scrumptious food besides the aroma of coffee and
chai.

The owner, a young man from Chandigarh is a visionary and
believes in giving the best combination of good food and ambiance for food
lovers. The Café seems to be distressingly familiar. The dimly lit interiors
have a quirky ambiance that is perfectly suitable for the youth.
The ambiance and foot tapping music bagged seven stars
immediately. The dining space indoors decorated with graffiti looks highly
appealing.
I founded the enticing café as a refuge or escape from the
regular hectic lifestyle. A keen eye for detail has been given to delicious recipes with a dash of
entertainment to unwind.
Chai Coffee Biscuit has efficient managers and servers who
run the show, making this very much as a quirky restaurant suitable for the
youth who work hard throughout the week and also for families to bond over tea and snacks.
These servers make you feel welcomed from the start. On that
evening, I and my husband sampled some of their signature dishes that went very
nicely. The menu consisted of an array of dishes, which included mocktails and
delectable delights.
We ordered for a
chicken mortadella and jalapenos sandwich. Beautifully adorned with lettuce,
tomatoes, and jalapenos and spruced with honey mustard dressing, this sandwich
is quite different from the conventional sandwiches.
‘It’s Greek to me’ salad with avocado turned out to be
peppery and pleasingly tender that we both loved. It had onion, tomato, cucumber,
bell pepper, feta cheese with citrus dressing.

I adored the Chicken Pizza. The crunchy pizza base matched
well with the fillings of vegetables, jalapeno, barbeque chicken and onion which were neither too crispy nor too soft. The pizza was delicious. We devoured the dishes whole
heartily. The drinks went well with the food too.
While my husband ordered for some
pineapple mint cooler, I ordered for some kooti
adrak chai
, which was screaming of health and taste. I loved my tea and my
husband relished the mint based drink.
Desserts are simple, satisfying, and almost kidlike: The red
velvet cake was perfect for a happy end to a generally happy experience. I
loved the place and would suggest people to try their Maggie which I have heard is made with their in-house taste maker.
