Fresc Co – Perfect Ambiance to relish great food

The Ambience Mall in Gurgaon is
loaded with food options galore. You think of a cuisine, and this place has it
all. Besides the food court, there are specialty fine dining restaurants that
cater to a large number of foodies. Enter Fesc Co – The Italian QSR has satiated the appetite of many guests and is continually doing so. 

I visited the
place last week with my daughter. Lucky for me, there wasn’t too much waiting
and we got our seats.
Fesc Co spells opulence beyond
compare. The warm and hospitable staff is the first thing one tends to notice.
The restaurant manager welcomed us with a warm smile and escorted us to a table
for two.
The restaurant is articulately designed
to display the theme of Italy. The floor
display Italy’s artistic finesse that form a visual treat to the senses.

The
floral chairs whisk you away to a garden filled with blossomed flowers while
giving comfort and relaxation. There is ample space for cozy dining experience
for couples or a big family gathering.

The ambiance creates an elegant
moment, with a hint of decadence that makes you forget the world outside. We
started with Minestrone soup. The hearty Minestrone soup had a profuse use of herbs
delighting the taste buds.
The Greek salad comprised of
grilled asparagus with balsamic dressing, basil olive oil and a shaving of parmesan
cheese. The salad is definitely a good spin on the conventional rubbed salads
that was succulent to eat.
The Grilled veg sandwich was a
brilliant combination of flavors and sauces that composed a medley in the first
bite. Before the antipasti, we enjoyed a chilled glass of Lemon drink with a
tangy intonation and a fresh watermelon juice. The mildly sweet drinks cleansed
the palate, and primed our taste buds for the main course to follow.
Our first set of antipasti
consisted of the Garden Crust Pizza – the highlight of the review that stole my
heart.

The pizza showcased innovative flavors and textures, inviting me to
finish at least half the pizza. We preferred to get the rest packed to go. We
also loved the Penne Arabita Pasta that satiated us to a level impossible to
express.

I loved reviewing Fresc Co. The
place has an unusual vibe owing to the fabulous music, fantastic décor, warm
staff and scrumptious food. Besides the food from the menu, they also have a
wide spread of buffets with a huge variety of dishes.
