Variety of Parathas @ Paratha Pachattar festival in ITC WelcomHotel Dwarka

Every Indian household has parathas as the first meal of the
day. The king of meals, Parathas have been introduced decades back exhibiting
love, care, nutrition and health made with sheer joy by moms in every house.

Stuffed Parathas are usually devoured through onions, mixed
daal, spinach, potatoes, cauliflower and relished with curd and pickle. Well, I
was astonished that there is more to fill in the parathas when I was invited by
my dear friend Harpreet from Welcomhotel Dwarka to review the
Paratha Pachattar festival

The hotel usually has
surprising elements to enchant diners with relishing and scrumptious meal
options. However, this time they came up with something more innovative that
matched the name of their restaurant Pavillon 75.

I sat next to an interesting cart that had all the basic
elements like the hot tava, a flat board and a rolling pin on the side. Interesting
accompaniments in the form of pickles were displayed as well.

The Executive
Chef, Akshay Malhotra welcomed us and asked us our choice of parathas. We were enchanted
by innumerable choices. We were served a variety of veg parathas in small
portions.

Vegetarian delights like Tulsi Paneer, Khumb Pyaz, Spinach
and Garlic were low in spices but high in flavor.

I loved the Udta Hawaiian (Jaitune, Ginger
and Masala Pineapple) that was an exotic fusion delight. The Dal Makhani
Paratha, Kachi Gobi were the show stoppers.

The Non Vegetarain included the Keema
Kaleji, Chicken Asparagus, BBQ Khathal, Khoya Chawal, and Mutton Keema. I
personally loved the non vegetarian parathas because of the perfect fillings.

While we enjoyed the savory flavors, the chef sweetend the
palettes with corn flakes and jiggery with blueberry paratha. It was delicious
but the star of the show was the choco chip parathas with khoya as a topping.
It was divine.

The best thing about the Paratha Pachattar festival is that it
is inspired from different regions of India and can be ordered for merely Rs.
75 only. You are sure to devour each variety of paratha that will leave you
craving for more!!
