This Christmas season, there is
much more than just carols. You are invited to experience something larger than
life – an experience that takes you to wonderland and opens up the doors of
your imagination. The Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon pleases the senses with a plethora of
options in delicacies that make you want to stay on forever.

We reviewed the Christmas menu
and found the delicacies way beyond perfect. The All day dining restaurant Café
G has come up with an elaborate selection of dishes from the Indian, Mediterranean,
Oriental and Southern kitchen to please the senses of guests.

We began our review with salads from the salad
bar that has freshly cut salad sprinkled with herbs and dressings to add flavor
to them. We devoured them with hot steamy Murg Elaichi Shorba and Minestrone Provincial along with some freshly baked bread.

The Thai station is the finest at
Café G where guests can enjoy live tepenyaki performed by the talented chef
himself. We enjoyed his art of preparing a dish with exotics vegetables, chicken,
prawn and noodles.
The sauces and mayonnaise are prepared by the chef himself which
are definitely noticeable in the dish we devoured. He later presented a sushi platter
that was freshly prepared before us. We loved the dishes and moved on to the
main course.
The main course at Café G has a wide variety
of Indian and continental dishes. I helped myself with some Provincial Fish
Stew and Grilled Tender Loin with Natural Juices while my partner enjoyed the
Carabian Goat Curry.

The dishes were done with perfection and pleased the palate.
The chef recommended that we try the Spanish Chicken with Olives & Capers
and Spring Butter Vegetables along with some veg Hakka noodles.

I took a little
serving of both the dishes and was quite pleased with the balanced quantities
of spices. The other dishes that were laid in the buffet were Paprika Roasted
Vegetables, Spinach and Corn Bake, Orange Glazed Carrot and Beetroot.
We were quite stuffed but the
beautiful display of desserts seemed to lure us towards it. I forgot my calorie
counting and indulged in some brownie and some hot chocolate sauce which were sinful.
The Christmas dinner is an
exorbitant meal that consists of other succulent dishes like turkey, local beef
and ham carvings with stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy and a wide selection of
seafood too.
You can also get to savor sweet delights like Yule log, plum cake,
Christmas pudding to seal the experience on a sweet note. Come to witness the
