Summers are here to

stay for long; but have given an interesting reason to chill out in Delhi’s
most happening hang outs. We bring to you cooler options to beat the
heat this summer.

Summers are the best way
to feast your eyes at the Pink Room. A newly launched café in the heart of 
Hauz Khas, The Pink Room lounge and bar has an exhaustive range of flavours and
tastes in cuisines like Asian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Indonesian, Indian, Chinese,
Italian, and Spanish. A convivial atmosphere coupled with cool drinks, great
food, excellent service and an exciting pink ambience make it the preferred
choice to hang out in the scorching heat.


You can head towards the
multi-cuisine restaurant in the early evening hours after a hectic day at work
and devour a variety of palatable dishes. A Sinful Sip card sheet has some of
the most fantastic mocktail and classic Italian cocktails and spirits, with a
particular focus on limited production wines. An
array of formulated summer coolers (both with alcohol and without alcohol)are a
mix of great Indian and international flavors. Infused with the goodness of
fresh fruits and juices, these summer coolers are an instant ‘pick-me-up’ on a
blazing hot day.

The soothing coolers like Mango chiller, Kitkat killer, Pinky Colada and Fruity
Dreams are best for teetotalers. Alcohol lovers can relish Banana Relay, World
on roof, Pinky Grape, White and Honey Russian and Sweet Lady. If you like going
in groups, the Mega Section serves mega portions like Mega sex on the beach,
Mega Mojito, Mega Long Island Ice Tea and Sangria pitches. Beer is quite a
favorite for everyone; the special Beer Margarita is nice blend of Beer and
Tequilla. Red eye is another Beer Cocktail. The owner Manish Sharma
has done the place keeping young and peppy tastes in mind. “The Pink room is a
place to eat, chat and have a good time”, he says. “We usually have lot of
young crowd coming to the place; they enjoy sitting here after work with a refreshing
drink and our platters.”
 
Café Delhi Heights, Ambience Mall, Gurgao

After a hard day shopping in a mall, you can
head towards Café Delhi Heights; a very kitschy, colorful and youth oriented
place to cool your tired heels. The welcome drink served on your table is a
chilled glass of mint-flavoured water that paves the way for the cuisine which
is eccelectic with a gourmet twist. If you are thirsty for more, the Apricot
Walnut Shake is highly recommended. Other tantalizing drinks that
please your senses are the watermelon and peach drinks that are apt to quench
your thirst.

You can enjoy the
signature platters at Café Delhi Heights that has three different takes on
hummus—the regular, a beetroot one, and a pesto variant—served with warm pita
bread. 
 
If you are fish lover, you can order the grilled fish platter three
morsels each with a butter garlic, ginger and spring onion sauce. Burger lovers
can satiate their appetite with the infamous Juicy Lucy Burger, the signature
specialty made with 250 gms of fresh lamb minced seasoned with in house rubs
and spices added with cheese and jalapenos. Café Delhi Heights has
decent selection of desserts ; the Tiramisu, Chocolate Fondant and Blue Berry
