The Spa Alila Bangalore is an exercise in understated
luxury. Elegant black granite sourced from local artisans, dark wood, kota and
brass detailing transform the space into an ancient south Indian temple. Brass
oil lamps cast a soft glow, creating a relaxing environment.

The Spa has one
double and four single treatment rooms all equipped with steam rooms. Guests
may choose from a wide range of traditional Asian and European massage
techniques that are tailored to their wellness needs for individuals and couples.
Signature treatments include a Balinese Crème Bath, a
mind-melting, intensely hydrating crème hair bath with essential oils of
rosemary, lavender and grapefruit combined with a deliciously nourishing base
of coconut and cocoa butter. The 150-minute ‘Beauty and Balance’ package, uses
the caffeine sourced from locally grown coffee grounds to draw out impurities.
This rich cocoa, coffee and coconut treatment includes: a signature foot bath:
60-minute therapeutic massage, a coffee and coconut body scrub, a cocoa and
coffee body mask as well as a rain shower on a Terrazo hot bed with a herbal
steam bath. Alila Bangalore also hosts yoga by its infinity pool on the fifth
floor. This incredible space looks directly out onto the city’s skyline.
