Scrumptious Sunday Brunch @ Vivanta by Taj, Dwarka

Sunday is the day we all wait for
the entire week looking for just the simple things in life like good food, good
music and good company. The three are taken care of quite well by a decent
brunch that complete all the requirements to make your Sunday complete.

Bright colors make the ambiance
lively of the lobby of Vivanta By Taj Dwarka. Creo is one such place that helps
to take diners on a gastronomical journey. With innumerable options to satiate
your taste buds while enjoying great music and ambiance, Creo is the perfect
choice to enjoy a Sunday brunch.
The all-day dining restaurant
began its operations since 31st May, 2015 with the simple mission to please
diners with delectable food and great music. I reviewed the brunch on a warm
Sunday afternoon and enjoyed every bit of the experience.
As I walked in towards the
restaurant, I could hear my favorite number ‘Lady in Red’  being played.
I was dazzled to see a fabulous live performance by a musical maestro
who was making guests sing and dance along with him. We took our seats in the front,
where we could enjoy his music and also participate in dancing and singing while
enjoying the warm spread of the Sunday Brunch. Sebastian – the in house artist who
sings the finest English numbers adds charm to the afternoon. His selection of
music is as fine as the lively ambiance of the restaurant that immediately
touched my heart and made me sing along with him.
The servers could see me enjoying
the moment, so one of them quietly came up with a fine combination of health
and taste in a chilled drink of apple juice, mango juice and pineapple juice.
The juice is a healthy start that flared my appetite.

The Sunday Brunch @ Creo includes
a global menu of Oriental, Indian and Japanese courses.  The culinary extravaganza boasts of exciting
Mezze/ Antipasto counter, Meats and sea food station, salad counter,
teppanyaki, sushi bars, live bread counter and an elaborate dessert spread
amongst others.

The interactive live kitchen, the
Sushi bar, the versatile Teppanyaki and Italian section are some of the most
eye pleasing features of the restaurant. A choice of vegetarian and non
vegetarian soups is spread at the table that can be accompanied with a variety
of hi-fibre breads. We began with the salads that have an exorbitant variety.
The vibrancy and freshness of the
salads looked enticing.  The clear soups
went well with the salads and we picked up fresh breads to go with them.
Sharing space with the breads is a wide cheese platter with varieties of
cheddar paired with prunes accompanied by beetroot and apple shots.
Varieties of sushis

We picked up the salmon sushis as
they seemed irresistible. With wasabi and soya they are tempting and well
presented. The sushi extends an informal aspect to the Japanese counter.
Teppanyaki counter

Creo offers a Teppanyaki corner
that has a fish, prawns and chicken served with excellent sauces.

I am a Thai food lover so
couldn’t resist the Thai veg curry. The dish has a spicy intonation of
lemongrass that is sinful. If you are an Indian food lover, try the wide
varieties of biryanis that go well with raita, chicken curry and vegetable to
choose from.
The sweet tooth is pampered quite
well at Creo. With a variety that would transcend you to wonderland, the
dessert section is the best I have ever come across.
You are spoilt for choices
between Indian authentic sweet treats or the Italian Tira Missu competing with
the Blueberry Mousse. However, it is the rich dark chocolate cake that found
space ion the plate and I made it more interesting with my favorite butterscotch
ice cream.
My experience was indeed a
fabulous one, owing to the warm hospitality of the staff who ensured that  we were pampered to the brim. Visit Creo for a
Sunday brunch to experience the best of food and music.
