Safe dining experience @ Smoke House Deli

As we continue on with our lives, a certain mindset has engulfed us to take extra cautious measures while stepping outdoors.

While it’s completely normal to wear masks and gloves before stepping outdoors, there are always apprehensions and doubts while dining out.

This week we witnessed a fine example of safe dining and Hygene @smokehousedeli Promenade Mall Vasant Kunj.

The luxury restaurant was well equipped with the Covid protocol.

At the entrance, there is a sanitizer where you can cleanse before entering.

The restaurant has tables cut down to 50% making it safe for people to dine without worrying about infections. There is a gap between all the tables.

The cutlery is well sanitized before coming on the table.

The veggies are further cleansed through a UV machine before being served to guests. The water content and goodness of the veggies are kept intact.

The food is always prepared live. It gives guests a sneak preview of the hygenic measures taken.

They have a code to scan to order the meal to follow contactless ordering.

The quality of the food has no compromise. Their salads are the best.

They have a wide range of drinks. One of the best drinks I have ever had is the watermelon sangria. This is a must try as it has the delicious goodness of white wine with a dash of the sweetness of watermelon.

For the main course, we ordered for a salmon, chicken breast and prawn curry and loved the freshness in each dish. For desserts, highly recommended is the apple crumble pie.
