I was well received by Sanjay Sharma, MD of the hotel who is a very courteous person. He has an experience of three decades in the hospitality industry and is well versed with the expectations of guests at his hotel. Located on
the third floor of the hotel, the ambiance of the spa is divine.
 
Ms. Rafia Azmat who holds an experience
of three decades from the finest hotels brings with her expert tips in massages
and spa. She ensures that each guest gets the right therapy based on skin tone
and type while giving a holistic therapy. 


A well trained staff working under her follows her rules with discipline
thereby making the spa the perfect place for tired minds. The refreshed feel is
what Ms. Rafia promises to each guest.
 
The soothing music and the
lingering aroma transcends you to heaven instantly. The open space for the foot
reflexology has earthern pots lit with tea lights that look beautiful. The
comfortable chairs are perfect for a snooze.
 
The reflexologist Anil, is an expert
with his foot massage. As he wipes the feet with a damp towel, the magic immediately
starts building up. He begins by pressing the nerves of my feet. I tend to
realize the hidden pain that came out which started vanishing. While he presses
the toes and ankles with the right pressure, I am relieved of aches and sore
feet. He puts warm lava stones on the feet which relaxes my feet even further.
The effect is scintillating as the pain now subsides down.

The massage took about thirty
minutes but the effect lingered on. I was halfway to heaven. The therapist then
ushered me to the massage room that had a wide surface area and had a peaceful
ambiance. The soft lightning and incense sticks made the room look divine.
 
The masseus welcomed me with
folded hands. While I lied down on the massage bed, she started the massage using aroma oil with her finger tips. The gentle strokes started
from the feet and moved towards the legs. As each point of the never was gently
rubbed with aroma oil, the tension and suppression was gradually getting
released. The trained masseus ensured the massage helped me to ease off my
stress levels.
 
The sandalwood facial massage that followed was equally brilliant.  A gentle massage with the cleansing milk in circular motion helped get rid of dirt from the skin. She then applied a sandalwood scrub on the face and massaged the face with finesse. I was gradually feeling very relaxed. A warm towel was placed on my face that helped in opening the pores while relaxing it further. A sandalwood pack was applied later and I was feeling super fresh and radiant.

The next indulgence that followed was an apricot scrub. The second therapist was as skilled as the first. She began the scrub with apricot cream. The circular motion massage
helped to remove toxins while giving the skin a smooth look. The outcome was
brilliant. A steam was followed that helped to open closed pores. The shower
removed the scrub and made my skin glow.
 
I was enthralled with the
pampered treatment by the staff of the spa. There was more indulgence waiting
for me on the second floor. The salon has everything you wanted to indulge for a
new look. The hair stylist is well equipped with the best haircuts and is
acquainted with the best head massages you could simply think of. Lalit was the
finest hair stylist that had some very special tactics up his sleeve. He moved
his scissors just like Edward scissor hands and immediately transformed me into
a diva in a few minutes. A blow-dry and viola I looked stunning. 
 
I was equally excited for the pedicure and manicure. The filing of nails began, followed by cuticle
cutting, and then a scrubber to remove dead skin from my feet. A scrub was
followed that took of the dead cells and made the skin feel healthy. The massage
that followed, hydrated my skin. I preferred to leave my toe nails without nail
paints for them to breathe properly. I enjoyed the sessions very much
and was ready to strut with confidence.
