Oriental Spice @ Pride Plaza Aerocity – A delightful experience

Grand space highlighted by soft
and subtle tones catch the attention the moment you step in the Oriental Spice
@ Pride Plaza Hotel. Innovative design, surreal lights and beige colored walls
enhance the space with bright insight.

Here each area has its own character
creating a visual effect of serenity and relaxation. The staff at Oriental
Spice has a smile on their face right from the moment you enter till the moment
you leave.

Beautiful miniatures set across
the dining area take you for an imaginary ride to China. Besides the central
dining area for family dinners, there are quiet corners for tete-a-tete and
large spacious dining areas for private get-togethers.

And of
course, you cannot afford to miss the live counter that has chefs dishing out
succulent dishes to satiate your taste buds.

Oriental Spice offers an
indigenous menu of Chinese food. The chef prepared a remarkable menu especially
for us keeping up with the quality, taste and variety. The planned menu had
the best dishes from the menu. While we waited for the meal, were ordered a
cocktail and a mocktail that were both crafted beautifully.

We started with Je Si Mogu Tang soup –  a traditional soup made with vegetable and chicken.
If you love asparagus, you will go gaga over this one. We devoured it with appetizing
pineapple salad that was spicy and sweet.

The starters in the menu comprise
of Pok Choy with Tofu – stir fried tofu in garlic sauce. This dish must be
tried if you love tofu; it induces a combination of garlic, sauces and chili in
each bite. The Fan Chao Ji Ziran Huijo is a stir fried chicken in cumin and black
pepper. It looked appealing and tasted delicious.

I loved the black pepper that
blended so well with the sweetness of the dish. We also ordered for a chilly
chicken, which the chef prepared very artistically. The tenderness of chicken
is highly vocal that forms a symphony with the added spices.

The main course comprised of chicken
in Mongolian sauce that goes perfectly well with Lomine Noodles and Chinese Fried
Rice.

The deluxe vegetables in Cantonese style are prepared to perfection with
broccoli, sugar snap pea, kale leaf in hot basil sauce. On request, the chef
also prepared fish in chili sauce that was simply flavorsome.

The meal was
sealed with a scrumptious Nuts Fried Ice Cream. As the mystery of vanilla ice
cream melts in my mouth, I bite into the nuts and almost taste a small piece of
heaven. The gastronomical journey concludes with a satisfying note.
