Luxury Movie experience @ Upstage, Roseate House

With the advent of new age
cinemas, the concept of movie viewing has completely changed. Luxury cinematic
experience is the new thing these days. I was invited to review the luxury
cinema experience at Upstage by Roseate House, Aerocity. I was elated and
looked forward the latest film ‘When Harry met Sejal’ a film by Imtiaz Ali
featuring Anushka Sharma and Shahrukh khan.


We arrived half an hour before
the movie screening. The luxe factor is very evident at Upstage, which reflects
the Roseate brand.  The friendly welcome
by the staff elevated the experience even further. I could feel the vibe of a
movie theater without the chaos or disturbance.
Wide spaces are alluring while
the tall window glasses usher in the green hues that accentuate the atmosphere.
Comfortable seating in the lounge area add comfort while the soft hues on the walls generate a soothing ambiance. Subtle lightning and gentle music playing in the background take
you to a different world altogether. The snacks counter has popcorn
and a mini fridge stocked with beverages.

An exhaustive menu
gives a wide selection of delectable snacks, while a coffee vending machine brews
fresh and hot coffee to enjoy during the movie experience. The time arrived for the movie to
start. We moved inside the theater and took the back seats.

The luxury cinema has 71 plush recliners and looks stunning with polished wooden flooring. The dark hued
interiors offer
a plush ambiance to enjoy the cinematic experience. 


The recliners have side rests to easily place snacks and personal valuables. A dim light
placed on every side area is soothing and definitely not disturbing. I found it
rather helpful in a usually dark movie theater.
The movie started and I was
elated with the Dolby surround sound. The amplifiers are high but at a very
tolerable pitch making the movie experience enjoyable.

While my eyes were glued to see
the movie I had been waiting for long, I
made myself more comfortable with the reclining seats. It was intermission and I went
out to order some popcorns and cold drinks.

The food and drinks were served
inside soon and thus resuming the luxury movie experience. I loved the entire experience and would recommend movie lovers to watch a movie at Upstage @ Roseate House Aerocity.
