Imperfecto Cyber Hub – Melange of Flavors devoured in a quirky setting

Imperfecto is the best choice if
you love food and music and also love dining outdoors in the alfresco area,
surrounded by a lush green cover and perky seating. And if it’s the usual
Delhi’s hot weather, you can cool off indoors that highlights a sophisticated
seating with casual perches in the Restaurant.

Adorned with quirky elements on
the wall and interesting slogans everywhere, the restaurant is the perfect
conjugation of an up market diner and a classic bistro.
Imperfecto has a
charming ambiance that makes you feel comfortable while you dine.
This place is
usually buzy with people from offices in Cyber Hub or families and friends in
the evening enjoying live music.
Speaking of music, Imperfecto is the best place
to visit. The soulful rhythms by their talented in-house singer evokes
happiness and relaxation.
While browsing through their
crafted mocktails and cocktails in the menu, my eyes stopped at a concoction of cucumber,
mint, lime and soda while my daughter went with the kiwi drink. I loved the freshness of my drink and devoured it till the last sip.
We also selected the Manchow Veg soup. The flavors of ginger and garlic were perfect while the vegetables
were well done. The best thing was that the soup was free from corn flour.
We ordered the Greek salad. The
crunchiness of the vegetables goes well with the dressings that accentuate the
mélange of fresh and exotic veggies. It’s a must try for salad lovers.
Next we
had Bruschettes. I have to admit these were the best Bruschettas I have ever
tried. The crunchiness plays well with the vegetables, herbs and cheese. We
devoured them whole heartily.
The Rainbow Rustic pizza with
herbs that we tried next stole our heart immediately. The sauces are perfect, vegetables
well done and cheese isn’t very overpowering.
I also ordered the Lebanese
platter that comprised of 3 Dips – Baba Ganoush, Hummus and Cacik. I fell in
love with all three and couldn’t decide which one was better.
The flavor,
freshness and taste matched well to my expectations and the pita bread
complimented the dish quite well.
The Pad Thai noodles are also
great choice for noodle lovers. The sweet and sour taste tastes perfect while
the noodles are neither too soft nor limp.
My review was a very satisfied
one and I thanked the team and the chef for taking great care of us.
