The Sky Spa by Tattva, Radisson Noida – Relaxing and Refreshing

A day spa in the city is one of
the best ways to feel rejuvenated and recharged, without the hassle of leaving
the city for a break. A few days back, I visited the Radisson
Noida for a relaxing day spa experience with my daughter on her birthday and realized
this was the best birthday gift for her.

Noida is a gem in the heart of Noida.

It is so central as it is only a stone’s
throw away from the Mall of India but offers you a place of tranquility and the
perfect place to escape and enjoy some “me-time”.

Whether you are looking to pamper
yourself from head-to-toe or looking to get glammed up for a special occasion
then this spa and salon is calling your name.
There are a variety of treatments and
packages to choose from – Facials, Massages, Wraps, Spa Day Packages, Makeup,
Nails.
 
First Impression –
 
Enveloped by scented roses and
lavender, the Sky Spa by Tattva is a tranquil oasis, offering a real sense of
wellbeing and relaxation. The spa is designed and decorated with great taste
and amazing attention to detail. Facilities include three treatment rooms, an
infrared sauna and infused steam room.
Each room is totally unique, and
makes you feel at home.  When we arrived we were greeted by the Spa Manager who
handed a form to fill.
It had questions like what we expected to gain
from the treatment, what areas we wanted the therapist to concentrate on, where
did we feel tension etc.
I found this very impressive and personalized. We were ushered to the changing
rooms where we were given our robes and slippers.
My daughter was taken to one
treatment room while I was taken to another. As I entered my room, I fell in
love with the  ambiance. The setting was relaxing,
the lighting was dim and subtle and the scent was thereuptic. The introspective atmosphere and silence in the room comforted me instantly.
My Experience –

I had opted for the potli massage
while my daughter preferred the Swedish massage. My treatment first started
with a feet relaxation process as my feet were dipped in warm water and rose petals.
My therapist then made my lie on the bed face down, and started the massage.
She started with the back Massage
and unlike other massages I really felt this one gave my back just what it
needed, removing knots and tension from my shoulders yet still being relaxing.
Later, she started using the potlis. The Potli Massage is one that can
whisk away your aches and pain in a matter of 30 minutes. It is a combination
of hot compression “Ayurveda Herbal Compression” (called potli) followed by a luxurious body
massage.
The massage is started by working up on the tensed muscles with hot potli. Infact, two hot potlis are used
at a time and it is synchronised with long massage stroke.
I could feel each muscle relaxed
and at ease after the therapy. The relaxation further accentuated after the
steam and shower that completely took away the tiredness and rejuvenated me. I moved
towards the reception area where the therapist offered me herbal tea.
I met my daughter after her
experience at the reception. She loved her experience and also mentioned how
the therapist tailored her needs and adjusted the pressure to her liking.
Verdict
My experience was fantastic. The Sky Spa by Tattva
is the perfect place to unwind for a day spa and feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
Not only is the therapy amazing but the staff is extremely hospitable and helpful.
