Since ancient times China has
enjoyed a rich food culture, with many dishes becoming famous and part of the
nation’s intangible cultural heritage. The lip-smacking delicacies can now be
relished at Chaobella that celebrates the Chinese New Year festival from 1st
to 10th Feb 2016.

Yes, Chinese New Year is happening,
but that’s only one incentive to pay a visit to Chaobella. Extraordinary food
is no happy accident, just as fine service happens because well-trained people
work at it.
Chaobella has a magnetic aura around it that is witnessed the moment
you step in.  with elegant and comfortable
seating area, Chaobella looks exquisitve for a fine dining experience.
The restaurant ensures only the
finest top-quality ingredients are used in the kitchen run by a wizard in
disguise. Best of all, it hews to a hard line of authenticity in turning some
of the most ancient, complex and refined cuisines in the world.
We were welcomed warmly by the
staff and were greeted by the executive chef who had crafted exotic delicates
to ensure our culinary odyssey goes well.
We were served Asian Green dumplings that are irresistible and cannot be
stopped at one. All the dumplings are handmade and taste light years better
than oily dumplings.
The next were the Caramelized
prawns.  Fried to crispy perfection, they
were delicious. The Silken Tofu in Schezuan sauce was ranked the most flavorful
dish spotted with crunchy vegetables to the almost-sweet sauce.
We loved the Longevity noodle
soup in which Vegetables like peppers, onions, and noodles are mixed with ginger
and garlic. The main course offers classic dishes like the Shredded Chicken Cantonese
style with Fried rice. The chicken is crispy underneath the sticky-sweet sauce.
Stir-fried noodles are an
unexpected pleasure that is tossed in a garlicky sauce. The Chilean Sea bass fish
wins hands down with the authentic Chinese flavor married with sauces to
perfection.
We sealed the meal with two sweet
delights – date pancake with ice cream and Dolce, both equally scrumptious.
