Cafe Delhi Heights, Chanakyapuri – Plush surrounding and beautiful ambiance

Café Delhi Heights has always

impressed me with the wide variety of lip smacking delicacies, smoothies,
salads and desserts. I had visited the other outlets in the city and was now enthralled to review the new outlet in Chanakyapuri.

Located in the premises of Hotel
Diplomat, Café Delhi Heights has started to attract food lovers who love fresco dining and a peaceful ambiance.
As I drove my car in the valet, I
was awe struck by the well decorated place. I was welcomed by the Café manager
Mr. Padam who ushered me into the café.
The interior is beautifully decorated with potted plants, wall hangings and intricate decorative pieces that enliven the place. a private dining area for close friends and families is On the other hand,  the outdoor seating is set amidst green hues that are well managed by the
team.
I preferred to sit indoors due to
the hot weather. A few minutes later, a hospitable server came and offered me
the menu card. My eyes instantly went to their healthy sandwiches and Paninis. Made
with whole wheat bread, the Multi
Veggies Green Pesto Press was highly recommended by Mr. Padam.
The freshness of mint, parsley
and veggies play along quite well with the multigrain bread. I ordered the vegetable
drink made with watermelon, celery & pomegranate. Another drink that followed
was My Darling Go Green. The former
was a sweet drink without any added sugar, while the latter consisted of fresh
veggies.
The Mafoul Salad that I ordered next accentuated the health factor. The
seasoning is well accentuated making it the perfect combination of taste and
presentation. The combination of fresh vegetables with herbs makes this an
excellent choice for salad lovers.
My daughter who joined me later ordered the Casalinga Pizza – a classic non-veg
pizza with spiciness that wasn’t overpowering and seasoning that was perfect
for the palette. The server suggested us to try a
potion of Greco Pizza – a delightful
combination of vegetables, olives and cheese that was busting with flavor.  The pizzas totally surpassed the conventional
pizzas with respect to the presentation, taste and crunchiness.
The last epiphany of the rhythmic
tune was the dessert. A Cheesecake Mess
was the perfect ending to the meal. The red velvet cake was sinful and the
cheese cake was tantalizing for the taste buds.The entire food review @ Café Delhi
Heights was an experience never to be forgotten with its friendly service and
healthy quotient.
