Start off with a taste of Love Potion for the amuse bouche then
relish starters like Goat Cheese Terrine with Mediterranean Vegetables, Avocado
and Red Pepper Coulis;Poached White Mullet in Beetroot and Ginger Broth with
Potato Aioli. The main course dishes include Nest of Vegetable Tagliatelle with
QuaileEggs , Smoked Potato Crush, Brie Sauce and Truffle shavings ; Roast Quail
with Fig Stuffing , Sauteed Potatoes and Vegetable Chips; Steamed Seabass
Roulade with Fennel and Star Anise Cream.
 The menu also
accompanies the French Cheese Plate.
 To end this romantic
sojourn, binge on some mouth melting desserts to woo your mood. With the likes
of Tri-Chocolate Terrine with Pralines an Thyme Crème Anglaise and Deconstructed
Strawberry Vacherin with Crème Chantilly and Fresh Fruit accompanied with
ValentineDigestif being served at the end, it is surely going to set the tempo
