The dining area of set’Z has a
beautiful tall plant shielded with a see-through glass that exudes freshness
and vibrancy to the dining area. Besides the central dining area for family
dinners, there are quiet corners for a tete-a-tete, cosy side-paces for the

kitchen from each cuisine with smiling chefs dishing out succulent meals to
satiate your taste buds.
Set’Z offers an indigenous fusion

Mediterranean, European and Japanese. From the Japanese counter for
Sushi and Teppanyaki to a vast array of Japanese, Thai and Chinese delicacies,
the A-la carte at set’Z offers an extensive choice for diners. The Japanese
counter is the nucleus of Teppanyaki cooking that offers guests a whole new
side to Traditional Japanese cuisine giving guests an opportunity to add their
choice of ingredients and seasonings.
The bar at set’Z called Mixx has
a unique combination of signature cocktails, mocktails and International
liqueurs. Diners can indulge in wine tasting session from the ever-expanding
variety of wines at the cellar of set’Z that has an amazing collection of classic

Vineyards.
The remarkable thing about set’Z
is the newly introduced set menu of European, Oriental and Indian cuisine. Keeping
up with the quality, taste and variety of set’Z, the new Set menu has the
best dishes from the cuisine of your choice. The Set menu is priced at Rs. 1750
which is inclusive of two non alcoholic beverages. While you wait for your
meal, you can savor a variety of breads that are crunchy on the outside and
soft from inside.
If you want variety and spice you
can try the oriental and Indian menus that have the best dishes from each
cuisine. The Oriental cuisine starts with a traditional lemon coriander soup
made with three different mushrooms – Shitake, Enouki and Milky Shimjee. If you
love mushroom, you will go gaga over this one. Served with an appetizing Som
Tam salad made with green papaya, carrot, long salad bean, peanuts, baby
tomatoes and carrots, it refreshes the palete making room for more.
The starters in the Oriental menu comprise of steamed Lotus stem and
Asian vegetables Dimsums which the vegetarians will truly love; while the pounded
Sea bass and Chili paste Dimsum is a must-try for the seafood lover. Surprisingly,
the dumpling not only has the flavor of the fish, but it induces a combination
of garlic, soya sauce and chili flakes in each bite.
The main course in the Oriental cuisine has the stir fried sea bass
fillet. The deep fried fish made with kafir leaves is well prepared that goes
perfectly well with Phad Thai noodles and is very satiating. The vegetarians
would relish the stir fried snake bean prepared to perfection with broccoli,
sugar snap pea, kale leaf in chili hot basil sauce.
If you love Indian, you should try the Indian set menu. From the
beginning to the end, the menu gives you a satiated feeling in every single bite.
The menu starts with an interesting platter of assorted kabab either veg or non
– veg. While you still have the aroma and flavor of the kababs lingering in
your taste buds, the main course is soon served with the same hospitality.  Chicken lovers would devour Lassouni Murgh
which is chicken marinated in curd, garlic, garam masala and Kashmiri chilies.
Accompanied with Dal Makhani it surely is the sure shot winner with its flavor
and aroma. The Kurkuri Bhindi or deep fried lady smeared with chaat masala is
excellent and done with perfection. Paneer Makhaani made in a rich and creamy
sauce garnished with cashews is truly a royal treat that is best enjoyed with traditional
paranthas and rice.
The entire experience can be ended only on a sweet indulgent note which
is the last but not the least on the Set menu. An assorted platter of mango
sorbet, napoleon pastry and New York style cheese cake that is a combination of
Oriental and Indian looks colorful and tastes heavenly. And if you are a
chocolate lover, you can probably indulge in Tiramisu. As the mystery of the
chocolate melts in your mouth, the gastronomical journey concludes with a
satisfying note only to come back again for more.
