Flluid @ Mosaic Hotel, Noida – A scrumptious fusion odyssey

The week opened up with a
tasteful combination of flavors and ambiance at Flluid, Mosaic Hotel, Noida.
The “New Menu” has authentic flavors of fusion food that are a delight to taste
buds and tantalizing to the senses.

An Introduction

Mosaic is a full service designer
boutique hotel located at the prime location nearby Atta Market adjoining the
Sector 18 metro station. The entrance of the hotel is vocal with subtle
elements of soft lightning and soothing music. The hotel is beautifully designed to display architectural
nuances as you walk past the lobby.

Attractive chandeliers add up to
the glam quotient. As you walk towards the Flluid
restaurant, a beautiful ambiance greets you. Large sofas ooze comfort and relaxation. There is an
ample space for private dining for couple and big family gatherings. Since our day was a very tiring
one, we immediately took the sofa and almost immersed into it.

The Culinary Odyssey
The servers are very prompt. They
assure fast service and a pleasant hospitality. The creator of the fusion menu
is Executive Sous Chef Rakesh Painuli, whose specialties lies in Indian,
Mexican, Lebanese, Thai and Continental cuisines.

We were delighted to meet the talented Chef who has a wide experience
of serving guests with his palette pleasing dishes.

Flluid has a perfectly packed
menu with several rustic, comforting entrées that have been re-imagined with
thoughtful flavor combinations.
We were served a welcome drink in
a very interesting hip flask. I have never experienced a chilled delight served
in a hip flask. The contents of the drink are as interesting as the
presentation. Amuse Buche was served as a complimentary starter.

The softness
of the starter compliments well with the stuffing. It was warm and delightful.
I loved the corn chowder soup while my family enjoyed the tomato basil soup.
They were both flavorful and scrumptious.

The chilly Chicken spring roll is
a dish that is a deceptively simple idea of covering simple ingredients to a
prize winner one. The chilly chicken spring rolls play the role of a beautiful
canvas splattered with fresh ingredients. The dish is also kissed with a tangy
sauce that delivers a kick to the senses.
The Amritsari Baked fish was exactly what I
was hoping for—light, indulgent and subtly flavored with freshness. The tangy
mutter paneer Quesadilla serve as a great bridge between the freshness of peas
and the earthiness of the cottage cheese.

I ordered for the Caeser salad, which was a very wise decision. The beautiful presentation of the salad matches well with the simple ingredients. It was a light and healthy salad that I relished till the end.

The Palak Makai Tulsi is immense
and satisfying. With the heavenly and creamy gravy, each bite conjures up some
lovely flavor combinations of garlic and herbs. It’s definitely the type of
dish that needs to be eaten in well-planned bites.

The Naan Pizza with cottage
cheese and chicken achieved a contrasting effect, offering small bursts of
corresponding flavors to the richness of chicken. I felt nice that it is a
pleasant change from the usual stuffings on a regular pizza.

The fresh take on desserts made
me devour the sweet treats to the last bite. The Gujjia with toffee sauce was presented
in such a manner that is got me weak in the knees. It was love at first bite
that made me forget my dieting and splurge into the goodness of the Indian delicacy
tempered with toffee sauce.

I loved my experience and would recommend my readers to try the delectable fusion delights at Flluid.
