Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon launches the ‘Buddhist Peace Menu’ – Food for healthy & balanced lifestyle

Inspired by peace, tranquillity and wellness,Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon has introduced a
special ‘Buddhist Peace’ menu for its patrons.
Using his
expertise and thorough research, Executive Chef Neeraj Chaudhry has meticulously
crafted an exclusive menu with use of minimal spices, low fat and oil content. 

These handcrafted dishes are not just prepared using organic ingredients but
are also low on PH content and non-acidic in nature.

 
The Chef
has used a variety of greens like
spinach, beans, pakchoy, fresh coriander and healthy alternatives like ginger
root and tofu.
The methodology used for cooking ranges from steaming to stir
frying to ensure that the essential nutrients in the ingredients are retained
and minimal oil is absorbed.
 
The menu
boasts of
handpicked appetizers, main course and dessert options for guests to choose
from. The special menu comprises of healthy
delicacies such as Vegetable Bao; Steamed
PopiyaRoll; Asian Bowl Soup; Garlic poached warm beans; Trio of Mushroom and Noodle
Broth; Bean curd, pakchoy& mushroom amalgam and Rice dumplings in sweetened
jasmine consommé.

The menu
will be available as part of the existing menu at Latitude, the all-day dining
restaurant at Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon.
