The Dark Knight Burger rises at Delhi’s Quirkiest food joint Dude Food

Dude Food has been most certainly known for weird and quirky culinary inventions, their food really takes the cake, or in this instance, the burger. In what they themselves say is an idea based on “Free spirited youth and its love for black ”, Dude Food  is releasing The Dark Knight burger, which has, of course black buns and a special tangy sauce kissing the patty before it melts in your mouth.
The brand recently released India’s Most economical double patty gourmet lamb and Beef  burger as well, but this time, it has The Dark Knight theme. The black buns have a two big size patties (Veg , Chicken) oozing out from it, looking like The Dark knight is waiting to be devoured  from both sides. It also comes with potato wedges and pickled vegetables . Like the other “unique” Dude Food creations, this product came after a lot of R&D and several food trials by the team in the guidance of brand’s Chief Culinary Master Mr Raminder Bakshi  “When Sumit told me we need to do a black burger as black is the colour youth loves the most, we all got excited by the thought and after endless hours of kitchen effort emerged the The Dark Knight” Says Bakshi.
