Rejuvenating experience @ Four Fountain De-Stress Spa

The lovely staff at Four Fountain De-Stress Spa treated me to a spa sojourn I can never forget in my lifetime. The pampering session left made me feeling rejuvenated,
glowing and so refreshed!I arrived at the Four Fountain spa located in the Supermart 1, DLF City phase 1, Gurgaon and was instantly impressed.

The mesmerizing surroundings with an atmosphere of tranquility
and solitude simply transcends you to another world. The spa believes in the philosophy
of Feng Shui that reverberated in the surrounding. The 6 therapy rooms are
luxuriously decorated with a hint of magic. The spa is sophisticated with a
harmonious blend of natural materials. Candles are lit everywhere and the soothing
music instantly relaxes you.
 
On arrival I was given a consultation form,  that runs through any medical history or
complications. This was indeed impressive as it reflected the concern of the spa.
The form was filled giving a high indication of stress levels that was actually
alarming. The doctor presented me an elaborate menu of some of the most brilliant
massages that included traditional and western therapies. There were scrubs,
full body packs and polishes, and aroma oil massages that I was deeply interested
to try. These services enrich guests’ well-being and reduce physical discomfort
as they help rid the body of toxins and transport the body back into balance. Here are some more of the interesting therapies you can pick and choose from.
 

It was the Green Tea and
Spice Scrub that caught my eye and I instantly selected it. I was greeted by a lovely therapist who lead me to the
therapy room. The corridors were small and narrow with therapy rooms located at
different corners of the spa.  I entered
the therapy room that wasn’t too spacious but had all the necessary things for
a good spa.

 
I placed my belonging in a small locker room which was very
clean and well kept. Everything I needed was within arm’s reach making it very
accessible. The fragrance was alluring and soothing. I was given a  robe and soft slippers.
 

The signature one hour spa journey involves an exfoliating green
tea scrub. I was told to lie on the bed facing down. The delicious aroma of the
cream based Green Tea and Spice Scrub
was enthralling. The cream based scrub was working its magic as it was scrubbed
gently starting from the legs. The pressure points on the soles of the feet were
carefully pressed taking away the built up tension. Each point was gently massaged.I could feel the tension gradually fade away making me feel
further relaxed.


After the massage – it was facial time! I chose the Hydrating Facial.  This was by far the best part of the treatment
for me because it was so beneficial. The Hydrating
Facial contains the goodness of lavender and Neroli that re-hydrates the
skin and helps it to maintain the right moisture and oil balance. This facial
is a one of a kind treatment that starts with a deep cleanse, onto a scrub,
followed by a relaxing mist of personalized serums & vitamins which is infused
and penetrated into your skin. This experience nourishes every skin cell
leaving skin healthy, beautiful, firm and glowing.

 

My skin was in need of a hydration and vitamins, and I was
glad I made this choice. The hydrating facial is definitely true to its name. The
gentle cleansing and scrubbing helped to open the pores and relax the face. The
steam followed and the black heads were then removed. This was followed by a massage
that was done in a circular motion. Each nerve was gently pressed and managed. The
therapist applied the perfect pressure that helped in inducing a deep sleep.  

A pack was applied later and viola my skin felt refreshed
already! I took a warm shower to wash away the scrub and the oiled hair. The skin
felt supple and relaxed.
