Ping’s Cafe Orient – Food Review

Ping’s Café Orient, an authentic Asianrestaurant, lies in the heart of Delhi for food connoisseurs to experience a
wholesome culinary journey with Chinese, Thai and Japanese flavors. The
restaurant symbolizes the Asian sensibilities of design and epicurean delight.

The a-la-carte menu features an
extensive variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian classics that capture the
unique culinary essence of the authentic Asian flavors.
The kitchen crew is a team of specialized
chefs who ensure guests are satiated and happy while dining at Ping’s.

They
present a unique combination of imaginative, creative and high-quality cuisine that
leave guests happy and etches excellent memories.

The food menu is also complimented
by a selection of cocktails and beverages along with shakes and smoothies. The crockery, seating arrangement,
presentation and service bags ten stars.
The food we experienced included categories
of appetizers, soup, seafood, dim sum and premium Asian main course dishes.
The Executive chef loves to experiment with Oriental herbs and spices and it
was quite evident in the dishes he served us.
The Food Review

I was very impressed by the
consistency of the food served. The Spicy Chicken dumpling had a very good
texture, the respective fillings precisely cooked.  Next we tried the Philadelphia Mixed Chicken
salad that had a lively spice level but not overwhelming: this was a really
top-notch dish.
Also lovely was the Snow Peas and
Asparagus. The vegetables were extremely delicate and the dressing was
terrific, sweet and tender, with a hint of spice. The main course consisted of Silken
Tofu and water chestnut. Mixed well with herbs, the dish was perfect.
The Chili Potato and Chili
Chicken with spicy garlic were equally satiating. I loved the Hakka Noodles
noodle. Sautéed in a wok, the crispiness of vegetables are retained well while
the sauces do justice to the flavor.
This would be the right choice for noodle lovers.
The star of the show was Khao Suey Chicken that had all the elements of Asian
flavors beautifully showcased.
After the tangy and saucy odyssey
of Chinese flavors, it was now time for the desserts. Coconut Jaggery and
Crispy Fried Honey noodles were was served. They had the right proportion of
sweetness that matched our expectations quite well.
