Addam’s House – Innovative fusion food

Addam’s House located in Leisure
Valley, Gurgaon is based on the concept of innovative fusion food. Brainchild
of Karan Parvesh,  this place is not just
a regular restaurant but something which is quirky as a concept and interesting
to hang out. 


True to its name, Addam’s House has
haunted pictures of the Frankenstein family all over the place. The
owner believes that this place is an experience, something which can only be
felt & not described.

The place sprawls over a massive
area with a seating capacity of around 100 people that features an innovative
multicuisine menu. The entire place has been divided into sections with each
area having its own vibe and definition.
The huge bar with special seating
and a separate section has a rich yet cosy feel to it. The live band with
surround sound makes the space very lively, interactive and fun.
A spectacular terrace overlooking
some of the most prominent restaurants in Leisure Valley is an added feature.
Especially with winters around the corner, the open air seating is one of the
best thing Addam’s House has to offer.
The menu is selectively curated
by the owner to represent diversity and freshness. The menu also flaunts
innovative beverages, with options in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
categories.
 
Taking a look at the food menu of CDS there are a mix of
delicacies running parallel on their palate. To start with soups we relished
the Mushroom Cappuccino soup along with Chocolate popcorn, Molecular bites and Bruchettas. 
The combination of veg and
non-veg starters like Meat fruit and Kulcha bite are both enticing and
tasteful.  However, the California sushi transcended
our taste buds to another level.
The non-veg main course consisted
of the finest selection of dishes like Grilled fish risotto, Mini burger and Pizza. To sweeten our tastebuds, we
tried the Gulabari cheesecake and Hazel nut cheesecraker.
Overall,  Addam’s House has brought the whole new
exciting concept of enjoying food and drinks without burning pockets.
