Lazy Monk Cafe - More than a Travel Cafe

Head to the Lazy monk cafe. Located in the bustling fashion hub, #shahpurjat, this cozy cafe is perfect in the summer and winters.

I visited this place on a weekday and loved the vibe. The space is compact yet designed beautifully to accommodate more than 50 guests. Besides a well lit indoor space they also have a fresco seating overlooking the main street covered with trees.

While the winters are perfect for the fresco seating enjoying the sunshine, it is best to dine indoors during the harsh summer months.

What I loved most was the comfortable seating area, bright upholstery that was spunky and trendy, wall color sprinkled with travel pictures and flags of different countries and a live station where the aroma of fresh coffee can be enjoyed.

Lazy monk cafe started as a travel cafe recently, that hosted several meet ups on travel for passionate travelers.

But now it also caters to several occasions like birthday parties, office meet ups, kitty parties and much more. They keep on having interesting events to entice people who love interacting over a cup of coffee.

You can expect an interesting menu that is continental and diverse. I had a pesto sandwich and a mixed Berry shake – a perfect combination for a hearty lunch. Besides that they also have burgers, pastas, pizzas and other continental dishes to satiate the taste buds.
