Man Vs Pizza with Sbarro – Eat and Tweet contest

We all love pizzas; the gooey
cheese with a generous portion of veggies on a crust sends a satisfying feeling
to the brain. Sbarro, the famous pizza restaurant is famous for its scrumptious
pizzas that are irresistible. 

On a warm afternoon in May 2015, Sbarro
kickstarted a game to bring techies and foodies under one roof. The purpose –
Eat and Tweet. The contest was named Man Vs Pizza, so every team comprised of a
techie/blogger and a foodie. Sbarro had a large gathering of foodies and
techies sitting together as teams.
 
The deal was simple – A time
period of ten minutes was given to every team. The foodie was supposed to finish
an entire pizza in ten minutes while the techie had to post as many tweets as
he could in that time.
 
It sounded fun, but the task was actually
tough. The teams got down with their task and started eating the pizza. It wasn’t
easy to gobble down a large hot pizza straight out from the oven. But the
foodies did their best with their techie partner posting tweets. While some got
stuffed in a few slices, others weren’t ready to give up. The time was over and
the event ended on a cheesy note. The winner was the one who ate the maximum
slices while his partner posted the maximum tweets.
